The Unconditional Regard For All Others

Cherishing your own private intuition about God and God's will is futile. It is the greatest deception at work in the church today. And it is rife.
It is only when you and I have an unconditional regard for one another, and for all people, that we are one with God.
And so it is the worst delusion in the Christian life to live cut off from the world and others inside of your own beliefs and doctrines, barricading yourself inside of your own mind, or in your holy actions, even though they be dedicated, God forbid, to God's glory.
Unable to pass entirely outside of oneself and empty oneself in the service to others in the purity of selfless love, any self-isolating holy life is simply delusional and incomplete.
Love.
It is the greatest witness to the presence of God in the person and to the power of God at work in the world that there is...
...that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me...
- John 17:21
...it only happens in the unconditional regard for all other beings.
