Ever And Ever Again

There are no steps. There is no transition. There is no going anywhere. And when you are there, there is no going back because you do not know how you got there. You are not lost. You are neither wandering nor casting about. There is no next step.

What does happen is that what you thought was your identity, your personality, is not left. There are not two loves, but one. There is no striving for one another. There is no waiting for one another. You do not seek one another.

So would you call this an experience? Yes. Of sorts. But it is not one of subject and object. You are not you. There is an I and a Thou. But neither exists in a way that you are able to reflect on your self, or judge what is going on, if it can even be said that something is going on, which it is doubtful that it is or can. Adjectives and adverbs are irrelevant. You might use the words emptiness, but there is nothing spatial about it.

It is love. But it is not love in the sense of it being an impulse. It has nothing to do with the renunciation of one thing in order to receive another. And it most certainly has nothing to do with a virtue.

It is what it is meant to be. It is God-eternal fully and immediately identifying with a finite life so that there is nothing left to chance outside of what is happening. And in so being this totally destroys one's self. And it makes it so that you will forever have a hard time thinking of or speaking of your self ever and ever again. But it certainly not perfection, because there is no such thing.
